Jiangsu Honghai Tire Tech Co., Ltd. is located in Liyang Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, with a total investment of 1 billion RMB, modern intelligent production workshop, logistics center and supporting facilities covers an area of about 80 acres. The company mainly produces and sells self-repair tires, silent tires and self-repair silent tires. High-precision intelligent production lines in the factory are independently researched and developed by Honghai to ensure full automatic production of self-repair and silent tire processing. With the unremitting efforts and research of Honghai Science and technology R&D Laboratory over the past eight years, Honghai self-repair technology has reached the "world leading" level. 

Xiamen Honghai Machinery co., Ltd. was established in 2003, specializing in the development and production of tire manufacturing equipments,  and successfully achieve global sales.In 2014, Xiamen Honghai cooperated with famous scientific research institution to develop complete sets of industrial equipments for self-sealing rubber. Due to the promising market prospects of self-repairing tire and silent tire, the two sides agreed to expand the scope of cooperation to the joint research and development and testing of technology and process.In 2019, after five years of overcoming difficulties and spending a total of 20 million, the project successfully developed 38 kinds of self-repairing rubber formulas, 22 kinds of silent rubber and silent cotton. After thousands of road tests, the project officially announced the successful development of self-repairing and silent tire, which can be put into industrial production. 

In 2020, Honghai Machinery entered the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, the most economically dynamic region of China, and established Jiangsu Honghai Machinery Co., Ltd. in Changzhou, officially involved in the manufacturing and sales of high-end self-repair tires and silent tires.
